Terms, Rules & Anti-Fraud Policy

Please read the following carefully before registering. By participating in the ShortNews365 Referral Executive Program, you agree to all terms below.

🚫 Anti-Fraud Policy — Zero Tolerance

ShortNews365 has a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, manipulation, and gaming of the referral system. Any detected violation will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending and accrued earnings, and potential legal action under applicable Indian laws.

You must not refer yourself using multiple devices, SIM cards, or user accounts
You must not install the ShortNews365 app on multiple devices using your own referral code
You must not use bots, automation tools, emulators, or scripts to generate fake installs
You must not create, manage, or use fake user accounts to inflate referral counts
You must not share referral codes via spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or fraudulent advertisements
You must not collude with others to generate mutually fraudulent or invalid referrals
You must not manipulate, spoof, or interfere with the app's referral tracking mechanisms in any way
Invalid installs — users who uninstall within a defined period or exhibit suspicious behaviour — will not count as valid referrals and no payment shall be due
A high ratio of invalid to valid referrals will reduce your daily cap and may lead to account review or suspension

📋 Referral Validity Criteria

A referral is considered "valid" only when all of the following conditions are met, as determined by ShortNews365 at its sole discretion:

The referred user must be a new, unique user who has never previously registered on ShortNews365
The referred user must complete registration using the Referral Executive's unique code
The referred user must not be the Referral Executive themselves or anyone acting on their behalf
The referred user's device, IP address, and registration details must be unique and not previously associated with any ShortNews365 account
ShortNews365 reserves the right to retrospectively invalidate referrals found to be fraudulent at any point

💰 Earnings, Rates, Cap & Payouts

All executives begin with a daily and monthly referral cap set by the admin to prevent fraud and ensure program integrity
The daily cap starts at 100 referrals per day and increases automatically as your valid referral percentage improves over time
Executives who consistently maintain a high valid referral rate may have their cap increased significantly or removed entirely at the admin's discretion
The per-install rate (in INR) is set by the admin on a daily basis and may change without prior notice
Earnings are credited to your ShortNews365 wallet only for validated referrals after system verification checks are complete
Withdrawals can only be initiated once the wallet balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold set by the admin
All withdrawal requests are processed within 7–14 working days from the date of the request
ShortNews365 reserves the right to hold or reverse payments pending a fraud investigation
TDS may be applicable on earnings as per prevailing Indian income tax laws. Each executive is solely responsible for their tax compliance obligations

🔐 KYC & Data Privacy

KYC verification using government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar / PAN) is mandatory before any payout is processed
Your personal and financial data is collected solely for identity verification and payment purposes
ShortNews365 handles all data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection and privacy regulations
You must ensure all bank account or UPI details submitted are accurate and belong to you. ShortNews365 is not liable for payments made to incorrect details provided by the executive

⚖️ Governing Terms

ShortNews365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Executive Program at any time without prior notice
ShortNews365's decision on the validity or invalidity of any referral, and on cap levels for any executive, shall be final and binding on all parties
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this program
ShortNews365 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in this program
